Although the residents are generally pleasant, I must give the park a low score due to poor maintenance, excessive speed bumps and terrible road surfaces. In fact, the roads are bad enough that bumps really aren't needed. They need to do some improvements in the park to make it more attractive like plantings. It looks rundown overall.

They do not own these homes and do not have legal noterized purchase agreements all documents are false! Please any thing you do with these people make sure it is official through a bank and filed with a realestate lawyer! They are scammers!!! Cute place. I'd really like to live there but absolutely no one EVER answers the phone. You end up on a completely different phone number voice mail and if you leave a message, no one will call you back. Very frustrating.
I've lived here since June. I love the place. Quiet community, great neighbors, awesome management and owner.
