DO NOT USE FOR MANAGEMENT OF YOUR PROPERTIES. Had issues from the get go with my operating statements. Errors were always double charging me or to their benefit. They sell you on their own in-house maintenance staff that can get your turnovers done quickly, but they charge inflated costs and put their own properties first on turnover, so yours sits. On many turnovers, they didn't even inspect the house until 2 weeks after the tenant moved out, so I had an automatic 1 month's vacancy before they even listed the property. Also, when listing properties, they didn't post any pictures or put up terrible pictures until I had to call them and get fixed, again leading to more vacancy. They also never held the tenants accountable for costs due to tenant damage so they didn't have to argue with the tenants, was easier for them to just pass the costs onto the me as the owner. THEY COST ME THOUSANDS OF DO NOT USE THEM, SO NOT TRUST THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT AS I DO
