Some nice views from this small beach. Doubt I'd be taking my shoes off as there are plenty of rocks and broken shells. Nice place to get some fresh air and some exercise. Nice for a quick stop in and have a lunch or snack and watch the sun go down. Got plenty of looks from the homeowners as we walked along the beachfront. Made us feel a bit unwelcome, complimented a woman on the look of the backyard, and she just looked at me for a second and turned around and walked baxk to the house. Kinds weird but it is a public area...

cute pocket beach for sunset images. There are some old pylons in the water that look great. The street by the beach is a NO PARKING zone. I parked regardless, its a municipal park and as such should be accessible to everyone that pays taxes and wants to enjoy the beach!

this is my home Beach and I literally raised my children there during the summer months when we spent hours there every single afternoon! sometimes the water gets quite warm in the summer but you really do need shoes to swim there because the beach is either rocky or pebbly, depending on tide status.if you are feeling really adventurous and know how to read tide and current charts, you could attempt to swim out to Wayne Rocks, a round trip that takes about two hours swimming. I did it first with my eleven-year-old son who was delighted, and that particular evening the water felt to be at least 22 degrees Celsius!

Not the best local beach but quiet and with a spectacular view! All rocks and barnacles so make sure you bring shoes! The water is warmer then most spots around the peninsula as well.

Not much beach to walk on during high tide.

Kind of rocky but great spot to catch the sun and chill out

Quiet, but small and you feel like you're invading people's privacy, even though you're allowed to be there.
