Brian was able to stay on budget, always available for our many phone calls, punctual and most importantly we love our new home! Thanks Lauma!

Did a job for lauma properties and now he wont pay. The owner Brian sounded like a trust worthy guy. But turns out to be a real snake. Agrees to the size and cost of the job and at the end refuses to pay. I would never recommend him to anyone building a house.
