From the moment that we first met Phil, we knew that Philco was the perfect fit for us. The entire team is extremely knowledgeable, transparent and highly skilled, but they also have the most important thing: a true passion for what they do. Building a house is a huge undertaking, and they walked us through the whole process with ease. Even when tough decisions arose, we had total confidence that the advice they offered us was the same they would have offered their families. And that is something we will forever be grateful for! Our family home was built on time (amazing!) and with a lot of heart, and we can’t stop telling anyone that asks about what a positive experienced it was. It has now been just over 2 years since we moved into our home, and we are even more in love with it than we were then, if that’s even possible.

Phil and his team were outstanding during our extensive exterior landscaping redevelopment and interior additions. These included an in ground pool, coach house, outdoor kitchen, hot tub, fire pit and putting green. The awards bestowed on this project were fully deserved.
