New to Utah. Utilized community resources to find heating and repair company with good reviews. Requested service from the website, promptly called within one hour of initiating request. Dispatch staff very friendly and helpful. Appointment accommodated same day, with tentative appointment window of 1 to 3 hours. Received phone calls when technician in route to home. Service issue diagnosed quickly and repairs began immediately. Several options Offered for service which also included a comfort service agreement option with biannual service checks. Our technician, Griffin, was friendly, courteous and explained things in detail. Very happy with service and will definitely use them again.

Jake Mitchell with Pond's Plumbing came to help me figure out why our new smart thermostat wasn't working. He discovered a problem associated with the original furnace installation three years ago and quickly fixed it all. He explained everything very clearly and was very pleasant and professional. He explained all costs up front and even showed me where to get the best deal on filters. The office staff through whom I scheduled were very personable and helpful. Will use Pond's again.

Our water heater blew out at the worst possible time. The entire team at Ponds was very friendly, helpful, and understanding of our situation. Steve, our technician, was very thorough with our replacement and even took extra time to give me a few suggestions on ways to get more life from our new water heater - even though it was after-hours and he had, no doubt, had a full day already. Highly recommended!

Called due to a leak with our radiant heat. The technician didn't do anything we hadn't already done. He claimed what we had done was all that needed to be done to prevent the leak from reoccurring. Sure enough I ended up with the same leaking problem 8 hours after they left. At that point I called and spoke with the technician on the phone. He then quoted me an additional 1000 to fix the problem (mind you I already paid 200 for his first visit). When I told him that seemed extreme and I would be getting other bids his price miraculously dropped to 260. For reference every other bid I've received has come in between 135-200. It seems to me that he thought I would simply agree and accept his bid due to the fact that I was desperate and he could exploit me for what he thought I would be willing to pay. ***Update- Service manager called. He understood the concern and did what he could to make it right. He sent his technician John out and had the problem solved at an agreed upon price that fell in the middle of other bids I received. The problem does seem to be resolved, the work was done well, and the price remained at what was decided upon before I agreed to have them come back out. I've updated my review to be 4 stars because they were willing to make it right and resolve the issue. The only reason I'm not putting it to 5 stars is the fact that I wish it would have been handled correctly the first time they came out.

We received service by Ponds Plumbing & Heating via a suggestion after Action Heating & Plumbing COMPLETELY dropped the ball on a recent service, so much so, we cancelled our Service Plan with them. Ponds P&H, to be blunt, were simply AMAZING. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ! ! ! We received a text shortly before the Technician arrived detailing what tech' would arrive and when, and it included a Photo of the tech (pretty awesome). Our Technician was downright AWESOME. VERY VERY VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ! ! ! ! Not only did Tim correctly diagnose the issue with our Boiler system, he also noticed AND corrected other potential issues. And did I mention a flaw in our home's construction design that actually caused a leak and Tim found AND corrected ? C'mon ? Ponds Plumbing & Heating not only gained a Customer, but also a Service Plan and more importantly, our regained TRUST that there is indeed QUALITY in service providers ! ! ! Thanks Ponds, Tim and your company did am amazing job and we are sorry to have left our review almost 2 weeks after the service ! ! ! Just been enjoying a nice warm lower level of our home again....

Our furnace is a boiler type used to heat water for radiant baseboard hearing in our house. Most companies will not service this kind of household heating equipment. Our service tech was Lee and he was very prompt and did a very thorough job and even after appearing to fix our problem noticed a safety issue and took the parts back out, made a minor repair and put ever thing back together again. He was very good, polite and helpful. We will use Pond's again when needed.
