Superlative from beginning to end. Alex is knowledgeable and honest in his assessment of the project and his advice on how to address the buyer’s needs. On time. Quality product. The most efficient and hard working installation crew I’ve seen in action. Good attention to details and despite unforeseeable issues in a 100 year-old house, addressed problems to ensure the installation was done properly at a very fair price. Alex came by towards the end of the day to make sure everything was taken care of properly. He did a full walk-through detailing the differences and operation of each window type and ensuring that they worked as promised. A good close out to a hot, hard day. All in all, we could hardly be happier.
