Bright & Beautiful North Tyneside provide an outstanding service. The team's attention to detail is amazing - I am in awe of how hard they work; they exceed our expectations every time they come and the house always looks (and smells) gorgeous after they have been. Helen and Nicola do a great job behind the scenes, even rearranging cleans around our work schedule while we have been working from home. I couldn't be happier that I've found them and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them!

I contacted Helen to schedule a deep clean of my house and we immediately penciled in a date for the clean. Following this, we arranged an online meeting so she could have a walk-through of my house so she could see the contents of each room so she could provide me with an accurate quote and make sure she had a clear understanding of my requirements. The quote wasn’t cheap, but then I have a reasonably big house and I would be having a team of four cleaners in the house all day. On the day, the team turned up when they said they would with their supervisor who had Helen’s job sheet and notes. The supervisor discussed the plan for the day with the team, and did a walk through with them. She also enquired if I had any specific requests in terms of their schedule – which was good as I had a face to face meeting planned for the afternoon, so needed a certain room ready. After that the team immediately got to work. They worked diligently and tirelessly all day, despite it being a very hot day. They were also quiet, as they were conscious I was also working from home. The results (after six plus hours) was amazing. No stone had been left unturned. The house was immaculate. Helen visited later that afternoon to ensure the house was cleaned to her standards. What a stark difference from some companies I have used in the past. The saying is true, you get what you pay for! I’d have no hesitation to recommend Helen and her team at Bright & Beautiful.

People matter… a cleaner that know your personality and your preferences and acts on this to the max and then makes that extra step; WOW! I have had a few cleaners in the past, but the relation was always business wise and I thought a lot “the house was clean, but I would do it better” or “the house is clean, but they don’t respect my goods like I do myself”.
