The staff were very courteous and helpful,and the prices are excellent value with a wide selection to choose from. I am a regular customer and I have never been disappointed with the items that I have purchased. I highly recommend this store.

Beware of this store. I was told my phone’s value against one of theirs, but I had to leave it in the store for 45mins. After an hour they told me they wouldn’t take the phone as it had a glow from the bottom corner when it was pressed with a finger. I hadn’t checked but pretty certain it wasn’t there before. They had removed my cards and apple pay from the wallet and now passwords aren’t working. No explanations given, just ‘no, we don’t want it.

Poor service all around. Drove 15 miles here because cex online said that they had a certain game in stock. Got there and outright said they didn't have it in. Didn't even gave me a valid reason for said mix up. Not helpful at all, customers just seem like an inconvenience. Will not recommend these, or their tin pot online service. Pathetic. Expected better.
