Absolute disgrace with this post office as is second time in weeks its closed its doors without warning.. Went to collect a parcel today to find it shut for how long? No indication... Must be difficult for the elderly as the next post office is in north shields town centre
Can sometimes be extremely rude and purposefully obstructive when trying to post simple items. Just depends who's working really.
Certain staff in this place are so rude, I'd never go back and would rather travel further than deal with her obnoxious, unprofessional attitude.
