Staff are great and have always felt supported but the telephone system is absolutely terrible. No queueing system just says \line engaged.\ I must have tried to ring about 6-7 times over the past week and can't get through. Really not good.

Brilliant surgery have sent me for loads of tests supported me through my mental breakdown always available for my children, often get an on the day an appointment outstanding service for my elderly grandparents could not reccomend them highly enough x

We have been very impressed by the efficiency and quality of care given by this surgery. We moved to it after a recommendation and feel it was a very good decision. Receptionists are helpful and humane and the doctors reassuring and professional during face-to-face appointments and/or when giving advice over the telephone.
