Really disappointed when going to collect some office items today .. sat waiting in the car park for an eternity .. then when my husband decided we had waited long enough in the car .. he waited in the queue which was counter productive for the entire process ... So he waited in queue outside wearing a mask and appropriately social distancing ...eventually ... he was greeted by a member of staff who appeared to be more concerned with what my husband was wearing (tradesman) rather than apologising for no one bringing our order out .. in fact on several occasions he looked my husband up and down and had little in the way basic manners. I'd also like to mention we didn't even complain or mention that we had been told to wait in the car or that we had been for nearly 20 mins .. We usually spend quite a bit at Dunelm ...but this has seriously impacted my want to part with my money in order to pay for a machine that has half wit dingle berries judging people who are actually also still working hard despite being in the middle of a pandemic ..
