So far really great experience. Doctor took the time to find numbers for my needs instead of just making me find them out myself. Asked the appropriate questions and fully helped me. Building is clean and tidy and well presented. Receptionists are lovely and easy to talk to, very helpful.

The staff are all very friendly and polite and I was impressed by the level of care I experienced. The nurses especially are very helpful, and took care to listen to my needs and act accordingly. The building is clean and modern so the environment puts you at ease unlike other surgery's that I have been to. It is also a short walk from the centre of town which makes commuting very easy.

Receptionists extremely rude and unprofessional do not treat staff with dignity or respect not a shred of empathy given. Young girls with no life experience and no compassion for others bring back th older women who retired at least they knew how to speak to people and be polite! Doctors some are ok some are a waste of space but if there’s something wrong with you don’t expect them to care enough to pick it up. I was misdiagnosed for years. Also given minimal support when eventually was diagnosed. Have left this surgery after 12 years. Avoid if your health matters to you.
