Worst medical practice in the North East. I switched to them and now thoroughly regret it. 100 calls between 8:30-9am. Once you finally get through you've got to wait 2-3 weeks for an appointment because all of the emergency same day ones are gone after 15 minutes of the phones opening. They've taken more patients than their staff can handle. Wouldn't be surprised if the mortality rate of patients at this practice is exponential. The doctors are all useless and just don't care whether you live or not, they're miserable and unfriendly, condescending and just down-right rude. I'll be moving away from these awful people at the earliest possible convenience.

Been going since 1990...over the past ten years been getting diagnosed with bronchitis... Then ended up in sunderland royal hospital got diagnosed with heart disease got emergency treatment and feel alot better considering. Conclusion priory docs dont have a clue

Getting an appointment is hopeless, probably not the practice's fault but you feel as though you ought to say,\ I'll try not to die before my appointment.\ Have been bseveral times about my lack of sleep. Have been told we don't do sleeping tablets. Tried everything on offer except having a hot bath (I don't have a bath but a walk in shower). Also haven't had hot milk because I don't use milk. Why is it when you visit your G.P. the first thing they do is write a prescription but if you can't sleep they don't bother. I'm sick of being awake - usually 21 hours a day, sometimes awake for 24 hours. The weekend before last I was awake for 48 hours.

On line consultation service is excellent. Recommend you try it. I am a health care professional myself and very highly recommend the professionalism and excellence of all staff at the practice - INCLUDING receptionists who are the most polite and helpful I've ever encountered (Tim)

The phone line is a complete farce.i live five minute drive away and was on the phone for 20 mins and still never got to speak to the North Shields branch.after submitting my request no one confirmed that my request had been ok and forwarded to the North Shields branch.so I’ll just have to hope my medication is ready when I go to pick it up.VERY POOR SERVICE
