Over all great service Made appointment on line Got a phone call and asked some questions which was fine ..... I asked if any discount for NHS ...No which was fine Never once was i told about price for eye test Called for my appointment great friendly well organised under these circumstance Once finished it cost me 30.00 ..for a eye test I now think I was charged for a 3D test which i wasn't asked about ......before taken the test my eye were not given me any trouble just throught i would have a test as its been 4 years I do think they should tell you the price ect when ringing to confirm appointment and ask you questions

Great but they need to rein in their appt waiting time in store. If my appt is at 3pm, bloody we'll keep to the timing. It's not at 3.30pm. The wait is bad enough but in a mask its horrendous.
