They are very professional, tidy and friendly, they explain things well and are happy to give advice. Switch were fantastic in helping with a rather tricky boiler replacement, managing to overcome a difficult installation and leave us with a very professional looking job. They are highly knowledgeable not just about one brand of boiler but many brands; they never tried to upsell but when they did recommend something they did so with sound knowledge and good rationale. Excellent warranty on all the products they offered, the prices for boilers & installs are competitive, and they were accurate with their install times and punctual turning up. Not only did they leave everything looking clean and tidy but they also did a fantastic job tidying up old pipe work around the boiler, hugely improving things. Recommend very much!

Cameron attended to fix a toilet leak, whilst his first attempt was not successful, on contacting the office, Andy was quick to respond, and a reattend was made within 24 hours, and the problem was rectified. The team are very professional and try to resolve issues in the most efficient manner possible, without trying to just sell you parts you don't need. Very impressed with this and their after attend care, would definitely recommend
