From my perspective, having peace of mind where your car is being maintained is a critical factor when you want your ultimate driving machine is at its best. You can appreciate that the team is going the extra mile to ensure you feel welcome, enjoying your service appointment, and the smile is all over the service centre. Well done, Morris Tisi (Service Manager), for leading a great team. Tom (Service Advisor), thanks for keeping me updated throughout the service, and great to meet you. Peter, it is always good to see you each time I am at the Service Centre. Thank you too for looking after and preparing the loan car (5 years, and going).

Fabulous service provided by North Shore BMW Service Centre when we had an issue with a sensitive sensor below the boot of the car. They arranged to have their friendly staff Christine to come and pick up our car, leave a loan car behind and drop the car back to our house within an hour, all because our bub will be due any minute now. Highly recommend it! Vanessa from Customers Relations is extremely efficient and on the ball and we can’t thank her enough for her assistance throughout.
Although the lead time for a regular service is scarily long, my problem rear indicator was slotted in for diagnostics within 2 days. A delightful staff member, Craig, communicated promptly and efficiently with me at all points and my car was fixed, cleaned and ready for pick up before the specified time. Unfailingly polite staff at the car check in spot, too.
Hi everyone, please ignore my last review as BMW took a great effort and care in dealing with my aircon issue which I had earlier. This happened after repeated failure but it seems the issue is finally fixed now(too early to say though as I have to wait for warm weather to confirm). Why early because I need to check the consistency as well. However from the service receipt I can clearly see all the works that has been done to overcome the fault. Me a happy customer at last. Thanks North Shore BMW. Appreciate your effort.
Had a windscreen replaced here on my 3 series. Pretty standard service experience. Work was done on time and well and the car was ready to be collected when they promised it. Nothing really special or different from getting a non prestige brand serviced.
Have been servicing my BMW here for almost 5 years and every time they are quick and professional. Peter whos been there the whole time always takes care of me very personally. Always asks if I want a coffee and makes me feel like I am top priority. He's an excellent guy and always look forward to dealing with him. He is an asset to that business. Thanks Peter.
I absolutely love the team at Northshore BMW! Yasmin in particular has been such a joy to deal with. She goes out of her way to make me feel like part of the family, goes above and beyond with any repairs or service requirements that are needed on my car, is always more than happy to help accomodate times that suit me, and makes sure I have an awesome loan car to drive for the day. Couldn’t imagine bringing my car anywhere else. And to top it off, Yasmin is always smiling and up for witty banter! Love you team ️
