The Office Staff are horrible expect Erica. No return calls. Nancy actually called us \Difficult Patients\ after we were expected to Pay over 900.00 for a medication we paid zero for 6 months ago. Dr. Bloom is one of the best Doctors we have used, but cannot continue to receive horrible service from their office.

I am so disappointed with some of the staffs of this office. I am being their patients since 2008 maybe more. After weeks been try to get my Libre Sensor, I was told this afternoon that this is not a important matter. It not important for you but for me yes it is, I don’t want to stick my fingers 4 times a day, since this is not fun at all. That’s not my problem that you guys are having issues with Edgepark. Resolve it yourselves!!! And don’t involve Dr. HERSHON on this, I am sure he doesn’t know this is going on. That’s real shame.

Took two months to get a fax over to my insurance company for the correct medication I needed. After numerous phone calls it finally went through.. horrible.

Best doctor! However, WORST customer service!!! I’ve been going to this place for over 10years. They never really answer the phone call(always answering machine)& never call back for my refills of medicine! I finally talked to someone today, and she hung up the phone & did not request any of my medicine! When I ask what her name was, she gave me a false name, I found out when I called them back and talked to another person. When I asked her something, she started laughing at me with others in the back round. It was very unhelpful and & RUDE!!!!!.
