Had the best help and experience from a very professional and friendly counsellor. The service from start to finish was caring and made me feel like I was in the best hands, including the reception staff being welcoming and understanding. I am in the best place I have been in a long time thanks to the work I did with my counsellor. I would always recommend this service. Thank you.

I went to mind And it did not go to well I did an interview with one of the workers i told them everything And thay seid they can help great I fort. Well got to see the councilor and thing just fell apart For one thing did not seem to care at all and did not listen to me at all The was no going forward not even a little bit I felt I was wasting my time going here At the end I felt alone and depressed I really can't recommend this place at all Right now I am look for some were better than north staffs mind to go to.

I used this service and received CBT therapy. My experience was a Young, inexperienced therapist who failed to take me outside for exposure therapy, that didn't happen at all when it's supposed to be fundamentally important within CBT! The overall quality of the service is beyond unacceptable, half of the session every week consisted of the therapy being random conversation which wasn't particularly relevant to my problems. I found the therapy sessions to be woefully lacking focus, and my mental health problems make it difficult for me to concentrate, this lack of focus on behalf of the therapist compounded my concentration issues! Another local organisation called Healthy Minds have provided myself exactly the same type of therapy and it is miles ahead of North Staffs MIND with experienced, professional and highly trained staff that are very good at getting to the roots of the problems and they receive a tiny fraction of the budget that MIND have available to them.

Have nothing but nice things to say about this service. Always seen me pretty quickly. Supported and cared in anyway possible. Haven't nt messed me around like other services and helped find ways of managing and coping. Gave me somewhere to turn everytime with such understanding and patience. Always so much encouragement to talk and be open and feel at ease with the counselor that i saw. Definitely recommend

This is one them place that is just not for you. Very toxic staff And they just want your money for doing nothing to help.
