I took my grandson to North Strand Nissan on 2/26/2021 to look at cars. Nobody at that dealership was wearing a mask which made me want to leave immediately. A salesman came out and told my grandson to walk around back to see if there was anything he liked. He didn't offer to show us cars, he didn't offer to look up cars that were affordable. Nothing. We did walk around. None of the cars had a sticker saying what year the car was, the mileage or the price. After 15 minutes of this we left and went right next door to Ready Ride, where the sales person was great and showed us what he had. My grandson bought his car Ready Ride. I would never go back to the Nissan place, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Amazing experience!! Walked in late afternoon on a Friday to browse used cars. Bobby was very helpful and I never felt rushed. 2 hours later we had financing done and paperwork signed. Very smooth process and I wouldn’t hesitate to send anyone there for a great buying experience. I’ve purchased 7-8 vehicles over the past 10 years and never has a dealership buying experience been more enjoyable. Hats off to the crew at North Stand Nissan!!

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had in over 40 years of purchasing vehicles. Caleb was excellent; very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and thorough. He immediately puts you at ease and you never feel pressured. Not to mention the deals and incentives were great for a terrific vehicle. Everything was explained in detail about the deal and the vehicle itself. He also introduced me to the service staff I will be dealing with in the future. Everyone at Grand Strand Nissan was friendly, professional and seemed to enjoy what they do. Very pleased with my experience.

Ed in the service department was awesome. Extremely friendly and met all our needs. We will definitely come back to this location even though we live closer to your Myrtle beach location. The Myrtle beach location has the worst service department. In fact my husband called there on 2 different days and never received a call back. He left a voicemail and also spoke with a female and she said she would have an advisor call us back and we never received a call back so we chose to come to north strand and we are certainly glad we did.
