We were very impressed with the quality of the building that Shields Buildings have built for us. They were helpful in the design and their customer service has been excellent. The building was erected swiftly by a friendly and cheerful team, whose workmanship was of a high standard. We found it helpful to visit their show site to see the type of buildings that they can produce. The quality of the materials and design was obvious and we would not hesitate to recommend them.

An excellent product backed up by an experienced team. Our boat store and motorcycle workshop was designed a one-off custom structure. From initial proposals, through design and planning consent and finally to completion, John Shields and his team made this journey as pain-free as possible. The result is a wonderful space which we are looking forward to using for decades to come. The quality of the workshop has been commented upon by more than one building professional. We are truly delighted by the result and would thoroughly recommend Shields Buildings.
The service that I had from Shields Buildings was second to none . It started with a site visit, followed by my workshop delivered 1 month early with 3 men on site who were just so helpful. It was erected in a day and was even better than I had hoped for. A couple of days later I had a query and emailed Shields, they phoned half an hour later and were on site 20 minutes later put my mind at rest, checked the workshop all over and left. WELL DONE what a service.I would recommend Shields to anyone who wants a quality shed.
Absolutely a 5-star service. The whole process of designing and ordering was carried out professionally, with no fuss, and appointments all kept on time. The agreed day for delivery and erection was a day of horrible weather, with the site already very muddy, but the crew turned up on time and just got on with the job quietly and efficiently - very impressive! At the end of the day the site was completely cleared. The finished article is just as specified. Because of the weather one or two details could not be finished on the day, but the call-back was prompt and efficient. Thanks to all involved.
We are absolutely delighted with our summerhouse and open sided carport and the service we received from Shields was superb. They took care of the council planning and were happy to incorporate our own ideas into the final designs. The result is two buildings not just perfectly designed for the job but also extremely handsome to look at. Even a small snagging issue was dealt with speedily and effectively and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
