Asked them to come to me to service an Ifor Williams horse trailer. Arrived on time, polite, listened to my questions, and were thorough. The invoice was as quoted, the only extras were parts used which were clearly explained and shown to me. And I was able to get on with other work rather than having to tow to them and back which would have taken time out of my day. The extra cost of them travelling to me was worth it.
Within a couple of days of initial contact, I had my trailer problems diagnosed and repaired, and at a very reasonable price. One very happy customer. Well done Ant and James.
