I dealt with Taylor when I went to get my cabinet glass picked out she was very helpful and willing to give advice. Some places refuse to do that being they don't want to be responsible for the outcome. Sometimes you just need another's insight. It was appreciated.

We had a custom shower enclosure made and installed (in March), which is great. But the people who came to install it scratched up our brand new black marble tile floor and black marble tile bench. You would think a company like this would know to be careful with materials like that.

Horrible service, placed the special order two weeks before Christmas 2020. Custom shower door installed on 1-28-21, there was an issue with the sliding door. I asked the installer to verify the door was installed properly due to almost costing 3000.00. The installer responded, "I didn't force you to buy the shower door." I tried to speak with the other installer, and this guy had an attitude as well. I called and complained, the third installer was very professional and fixed the issue. About 3000 thousand for a custom shower door and the installer stated, "I didn't force you to buy the shower door." Money doesn't grow on trees. I will never do business with this company. I can't tell you what to do, just sharing my terrible experience with this company. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Wrong glass for shower enclosure ordered and installed. It took over a year to for the reorder and installation of new glass. The installer came today, removed the enclosure but didn’t have all the needed parts for the new door. We were told they’ll finish.next week. No shower for a week. Nice guys but the organization lacks basic competence. Not happy.

Great customer service Mark called me back to answer questions and got guys immediately out to job to help fix my error. I had a family medical crisis and they were very understanding with helping Mark thanks again for your help your guys were great. Great team recommend them!!!
