Love staying here. My husband and I have been here twice now and we will be back. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The beach is beautiful and the cottage was amazing. Very clean and very comfortable. We even got a deal on upgrading our room which was awesome. We stayed here for our honey moon and it was the perfect place to celebrate and unwind. The beach was clean and there was enough space for all the guest while having room and being safe with social distancing. Thank you so much Helena for making our stay so wonderful.

Came here for a mini honeymoon since our Puerto Rico flight was canceled due to Covid19 and I'm so happy we picked these cottages. Great price, great view, private beach, staff was wonderful and accommodating. We ended up deciding to stay an extra night and she got us in with no problem. We just had to switch rooms but that was no issue for us. We are already discussing for next years trip with our daughters. For next time, we plan to bring our own food and other things to make our trip more pleasurable and to accommodate our pockets. As much as I adored going to Provincetown everyday, it can get quite expensive eating out and doing activities, especially when we bring our kids next year. We were fortunate enough to get a renovated room. It had AC, full bathroom with a stand up shower, and a mini fridge with a kitchenette and plates, cups and utensils were included as well. No tvs though, which for us it was fine since it was just my husband and I but for next time, we are bringing tablets and laptops to use while we wind down for the night. But despite the lack of tvs, there is still wifi. I highly recommend these cottages to anyone who wants to indulge the seaside life for whatever duration you choose to stay. You can sit on the seaside boardwalk in the lounge chairs and watch the sun sink behind PTown and at night is absolutely amazing, especially after hours when all the lights are off. You can lounge on the chairs, look up to the stars and let the stars take you away with their beauty and the sounds of waves crashing on the beach just makes it even more magical.
Quaint cottages with unbelievable water views. Quiet, clean and Helena takes great pride and care with her guests and the property. With Cape Cod bay 50 feet from the deck, it is a gem. Fridge, gas stove and toaster as well as utensils if you wish to cook. If you want to avoid parking in Provincetown, and save 20, simply take the bus for a 15 minute ride into town (bus stops at the resort twice an hour weekends). Always a delight; no wonder guests have been returning here for 35 years!
I had an amazing time and just loved the amazing view of the bay and the sunsets are just amazing and only 4 miles from Provincetown. I am returning again this fall as I just love the fresh ocean smell.
The transition from White Village Cottages to Oceana Cottages was a little rocky. They after in the midst of doing little makeovers here and there along the cottages, but the things we love remain unchanged: the location and the simplicity. Still a great place for family vacations, and after visiting for over 30 years, I will continue my yearly vacation there. My only complaint is that it is not pet friendly and I honestly believe it could be as it is not high end accommodations.
