This is by far the best practice I have been to. They are all very caring and educated. When you are having a problem they will do whatever they can do figure it out. I have been seeing Ashley Schohn FNP-C for years and she has helped me through everything. Dr. Tanya Ellis is the one that diagnosed my thyroid cancer! She listened to my concerns and didn't brush me off like I was crazy. Who knows how much longer it would of went on without the both of them!!! I send my whole family here. Even family that just moved to Arizona. And again they found things other doctors didn't even acknowledge. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Ellis is an amazing doctor. She is very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. She cares about her patients and wants her patients to be happy any healthy. I have been coming here for a few years and it is always a great experience.

I have been going here for the past three years and never had a problem scheduling an appointment till now. I called a week in advance to schedule an appointment to get recheck regarding an issue. My appointment was scheduled for November 14th @ 8 am. I get here and they now tell me I don’t have an appointment. Very unprofessional.

I have been a patient at NVFM for almost 10 years and boy has this place changed! I remember when it was great to have to go for my medical procedures, but now you can plan on waiting for over an hour just to see the phyician. I was recently needed a referral and I had to wait over an hour for a 5 minute task. This is crazy!!!!

The moment I graduated I started working a full time job. I had health insurance and I started going to this doctors office. The doctor I was given, Dr Soto, was not helpful. I was there several times for different occasions and it seemed like every time she just wanted to get on with the appointment and move on. I finally went there and asked several questions about a certain medical situation. I asked if we can do a blood test for that and she said sure... again not convincing at all. I told her I didn’t want to do anything that wasn’t covered by my insurance. She said I had to come in another day to get blood draw and my initial response was “do I need to pay another co pay” she said no, and you would think she understood I was tight on money. Anyways fast forward over a year and I have been calling this doctors office the insurance company and Sonoran labs to come to a conclusion of why I was charged over 300 and how to settle that. It wasn’t until they couldn’t do anything because of time that they began to respond to my voicemails. So beyond disappointed with this doctors office.
