I have just finished a new home construction project in Vancouver with Alchemy Construction. It was of course a massive undertaking and took a high degree of planning and skill to complete. Alchemy Construction offered these necessary requirements too me. They were able to navigate all the challenges that inevitably came along including 2020. I had the opportunity to work closely with numerous Alchemy employees and various subcontractors involved in every aspect of the project from budgeting to construction, and décor to landscaping. All these endeavors were managed and tied together by Bradley Jones; the project manager assigned to my build. His expertise guided me through the process and he never lost sight of my needs and goals and always made sure I was in the loop and up to speed. He was quick to address my concerns that would occasionally arise and walk me through the procedures and solutions. I never had to phone twice. He always picked up and always called back promptly if I left a message. This I can tell you is of great comfort to a homeowner. I would not hesitate to recommend Alchemy Construction to anyone for any project, and I hope to use them again in the future. - Gary

We just completed a master bedroom, upstairs hallway and two bathroom renovation with Alchemy Construction. We are really pleased with the workmanship and very happy with the final result! The space is completely transformed and we have received many compliments on the new look. Mark and Eamonn were a pleasure to work with. We appreciated their advice and clear, timely communication. Eamonn should be commended for his suggestions and problem-solving skills which were extremely helpful when renovating an older home. The Alchemy staff working on site were always friendly, helpful, and professional. The subcontractors also displayed these same attributes and there was a real sense of teamwork in their approach to the project. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alchemy Construction to anyone considering a renovation.
We used Alchemy Construction for a complete basement suite renovation on our 110 year old house. Let's just say that a lot of additional house issues were discovered during the reno and it took a bit of patience & creativeness from the Alchemy team to come up with solutions, but the end product is amazing - we love it! All of the contractors/workers were professional and respectful, special shout out to our PM Eamonn for always going the extra mile. Thank you for a beautiful space you were able to create, you truly get what you pay for.
Mark takes pride in his work. On our project we were not pleased with the project manager, and the project manager made some bad mistakes but in the end, Marlk stepped in and saved the day. And I understand the project manager is no longer with the company. We have total confidence in Mark and are hiring his company to do another project for us. Everybody is capable of making mistakes, but it is how you they are rectified that counts. Thanks Mark.
Brad and the guys did a great job converting the ground floor of a very old house into a modern living space. I loved all the advice and suggestions that Carlo gave. She has a great eye for design.
