I am glad I found them and big thanks to Bobby who did the assessment and eventually did the replacement of our hot water tank by himself alone! Eco-Pro Heating & Cooling\ was indispensable in assisting me with the sourcing and installation of a new variable-speed High-efficiency \American Standard\ furnace and Hot H20 Tank this October. From the outset, Eco-Pro, along with their key guys, Kyle & Bobby, went out of their way to advise me on different models available and to answer technical questions about the differences between conventional and high-efficiency furnace systems necessary to decide on the attic piping/venting routes. Their honesty and cheerful availability were in marked contrast to other companies that I encountered in my search, whose estimates and pursuits of an installation agreement were somewhat questionable and too aggressive. I was more than glad to find and choose Eco-Pro Heating & Cooling in the end, and after a very smooth experience dealing with them, I definitely intend to seek them out in the future for my HVAC-related maintenance issues. Had my hot water tank replaced today by Bobby and his crew - Daniel and Arman. I found them to be very polite, friendly and professional. My tank was in the attic so it wasn't an easy task for them but they did a good job and I was very impressed. They also did all the clean up before they left. Thank you guys for all your hard work! Will definitely recommend.

Before I met Kyle, the other plumber was a jerk. I asked him for annual maintenance service. He took 160 and did nothing. Due to his poor job, the boiler broke down in the winter. Luckily, I found Kyle from Google search. Thank God he has the tools to clean up the residual in boiler. I decided to install a combination system, because the boiler was over 15-year-old and Fortis was offering rebate. I hired Kyle for the installation and so far so good, the boiler works great. One thing that made me hesitant is price of installation was around 5,000.
