The man working here was polite, but I was a little disconcerted that he wasn't wearing a mask even though he was walking out from behind the barrier, and he didn't ask for identity verification (driver's license, etc) when I picked up my parcel.

Ripped me off while smiling to my face. Told me that my package date was only possible with the "premium" service, paid over 100. The package arrived the DAY BEFORE it's required date - proving that it was not necessary to pay that amount of money. Never again.

Absolutely the worst company ever. They delivered a parcel to my home which was the wrong address. After notifying both fed ex and the intended recipient I still receive phone calls daily about this package. Called fed ex and told them and they lied as they said I would recieve no more calls. Stop calling me.
