Great clothing but service is consistently terrible. I was a long time customer of the Kits location and started going to the North Van one because it's closer for me. But if it weren't for the quality goods at heavily discounted prices, I'd be taking my business elsewhere. On my most recent visit, we came in close to opening and I didn't even realize 2 people were working until I went to try things on as they were sitting at the front, glued to their phones. We were the only customers in the store the entire 30-40min we were there and there was no greeting or offer of assistance whatsoever (and unfortunately this is par to the course for our other previous visits). Definitely not the friendly service I was used to from the Kits location...
