Very bad customer service! They should be ashamed of the way they talked to me! I have been a customer of this store and other stores of this chain for ten years, never have I been treated so horribly anywhere. I went there to buy another fish oil but the price was changed from two days before, so I tried to ask the man who was working there why the price changed, and he got very visibly upset and talked to me (a 74 year old woman) very rudely and started telling me that I should leave the store. I went back with my daughter the next day to show them the receipt of my previous purchase at the lower price, and he started saying that we are harassing him and that we are accusing him of calling us liars?? all I wanted was an explanation as to why the priced changed, but he got very defensive and began telling us very loudly to leave the store again. We asked for his name and asked to the manager, and he responded that the manager's not here, we asked when will the manager be around, he said I don't know you should just come back and see if the manager is there. Will not come back ever again!

Today, I’ve run into very unpleasant experience with one of your staff in Capilano Mall location. The person who claimed he is the GNC store manager, his name is Dave and he treated me like I am a thieve in a way that I was trying to steal something and he caught me right away under his eyes. I was comparing two bottles of Isoflex Chocolate Protein at the time; I opened the lid and to see if it is properly sealed. After I decided to go with one of them, all of the sudden, he jumped right behind me and questioning me why I have opened so many bottles’ lids with his serious face. I said I just wanted to compare and to see if they were properly sealed. After a bit unpleasant conversation, I said I’m here to buy this one today not to argue with you. I said if you are the store owner/manager, you wouldn’t want to treat a customer like this. Especially a regular customer. Not even saying I’ve been a loyal GNC customer for years. In the end, I was asking the store’s owner’s contact info. He said “I AM THE STORE OWNER! SO WHAT CAN YOU DO ABOUT ME?? There are so many other stores out there in Vancouver, if you don’t like go elsewhere!” I shook my head and left with the bottle that I bought. I wish this is something your corporation does not want to see. I used to be dealing with the real owner before, I think. Because the owner in this store was very helpful and always give me a good suggestion on the products. Since this is the second time I’ve run into this staff, David. I have to report his attitude does not serve your company very well.
