Hi Harbourside Dental, I was in today for teeth cleaning and my technician was Amelia. All my prior cleanings by other personnel were excellent. Amelia was beyond excellence. She was thoughtful, took interest, handled every concern with ease, and left me feeling comfortable and confident of the service. I have no doubt she did finest work. On the afternoon prior to our Mexico vacation a dental discomfort turned into a pain that could not be ignored. 1 hour prior to the dental office closing, I called panicked hoping to be able to get some assistance before our holiday away. Understandably, the dentist was fully booked for the last hour, but they asked me to come to the office straight away: a dental assistance stayed late to take xrays and the dentist took out some time to consult with me. After a prescription for antibiotics, we rushed back home to finish our packing for an early morning start to the airport. The antibiotics did the job and we were able to enjoy our holiday in Mexico. We are very grateful to the Harbourside Dental Group for going out of their way to lend last minute assistance and making the difference between a failed and a wonderful holiday.

I went in at 8:00 a.m. for an appointment about a broken molar. Dr. Ho knew in advance about the problem, and was prepared to take immediate action so that I didn't have to return for the necessary treatment. By 8:50 a.m., he had completed the replacement and extension of a filling, and ensured the \bite\ was correct. Very efficient. In addition, Dr. Ho and his staff are very friendly and proficient. Of course, the cost is always a shock.
