I appreciate that when I called to book for our gas fireplace cleaning and maintenance I was able to get an appointment very quickly (especially at this time of year). Our technician Harvey was right on time. He explained everything that he was going to do before he did it. The cleaning and repair was very thorough, looks great and the space was left very clean. They were upfront with all of the costs so there were no surprises. I am very happy with the service we received and would definitely recommend Kirkstone Heating.

Terrible service and a scam. We booked an appointment to clean our fireplace, furnace, and all the vents. Day of service the technician shows up and claims the machine for the vents is broken. He proceeds to clean the fireplace for 199 and then “clean” the furnace with a shopvac for another 199. Claims they will come back another day to clean the vents for another 400 when the machine is fixed. Never heard back from the company again. Just called Duct Dudes for an appointment and they are cleaning the the furnace AND vents for 400. Don’t ever use Kirkstone unless you want to get ripped off. Wish I could give them zero stars.
