The apartment itself is what you can expect from an older, wood frame building. It was a cute little apartment while I was there, but you can hear basically all of your neighbors and you have to watch out for bugs. The landlady is often around, taking care of the property, so you can be rest assured she will do her best for you. I give one star because of the man who runs the property. He was rude and aggressive, he threatened to keep money that i was justly owed and made my move out experience extremely bad. His wife was ten times better to deal with, was willing to work with you, and generally was more receptive.
