Great hotel, but please be consistent on whether or not a debit card is accepted at check in. I was told debit or cash is ok before I booked the room, then when I arrived he said only a credit card. He accepted debit but charged me a higher deposit. Please be consistent, it says on the website that debit cards are accepted. Not everybody has a credit card. But overall, great hotel.

Reasonable rates, close to restaurants and a beautiful seawall walk. Friendly and accommodating staff. All safety protocols were in place and we will definitely stay there again!

Great location over the market and on the water. Lovely room. Can be a little noisy if you're on the entrance side with crowds and buskers, if you don't enjoy that atmosphere. Windows that open for sea air. Great stay.

Stayed here for a Valentine’s Day date in the city as I couldn’t travel far due to covid. Had a lovely time, room was clean and spacious, nice balcony, although the “waterfront view” was only water front if you leaned out past the railing and turned your head. Water bottle was 3 which is a little steep for a Costco brand water bottle. All in all a good hotel, great location

Great spot for wildlife viewing- in my month here I've seen a rat, centipede, ant, and plenty of silverfish, without even having to leave the room! The kids will love it. Other than that the rooms are fine, and the staff are pros

We spent 5 nights at this hotel. Here are our pros and cons... Pros good value, price and quality were great compared to hotels in downtown If you're a tourist in Vancouver, the popular nature sightseeing is in North Vancouver so the location was convenient There is a public transportation terminal on ground level. So convenient. there is a diverse market and food court on ground level making meals very easy the hotel was clean and most features modernized (in king executive room) has a kurig machine, microwave, water cooler & mini fridge \u200d️ Had express checkout available, didn't even have to go to the desk to checkout Cons Although this is a waterfront hotel, it doesn't face south, over the water to the city but instead east and west. This should be more clear. I booked a room with a water view and got a room with a public eating area beside it. Apparently there weren't any rooms available with a view. Even with a king executive room, this isn't guaranteed. the rooms were clean but the bathroom was smelly, like a bad pipe or mouldy tile? Some of the towels had stains

Had a wonderful stay, rooms are very clean and well prepped, front desk staff are friendly and professional. We very much enjoyed our stay and will choose this hotel again in our future travels :)

Was ok but some items dated and run down, disappointed in the tv and cable box didn’t support casting. Some dirty things that didn’t inspire covid safe cleaning. And extra pillows etc storage shelf dusty and someone’s hair. Door on cabinet to fridge/ microwave broken and doesn’t close right. Bathroom tub tiles Mickeymoused with silicone etc. Cord on hair dryer scary dirty ;( You be the judge.
