My husband mistakenly bought the same pair of shoes at this store, after I had already bought them online, and was having shipped to this store. When I went to return the shoes, the manager Daniel was so helpful. He was able to refund both our purchases, then let me buy the shoes my husband bought instore, at the better price I paid online, and then have the shoes being shipped to the store restock, so we wouldn't have to wait for them to arrive, or have to make the extra trip to pick them up later. He was professional, efficient, and very friendly.

Marks is pretty rad. There warranties are bar none. Prices tend to be high on some stuff, but they have great sales. Don't buy the wind River stuff though, it falls apart really quickly.
