I've been going here since I owned my first car and have kept going since. They are honest with what needs fixing/repairing and explain all of it to you. I always feel comfortable asking questions; and since I am a younger driver with not much knowledge of cars this is really helpful to me. They are always incredibly nice and helpful over the phone and in person. Great service overall!

Paul and Rob offer excellent auto services with reasonable price. The location is very convenient for me. Whenever I have any issues with my car, I can always rely on them to find the problem, providing detail reports /estimate cost promptly. My car also looked nice and shiny when I pick it up. :)

I went to Westlynn for my Out-of-Province inspection and they were extremely professional, kind, helpful, and reasonably priced. They even washed and vacuumed my car free of charge!! They also made sure to keep me in the loop and were in constant contact with me so I knew what was going on. Communication is something a lot of businesses struggle with and these guys go completely above and beyond.
The guys here are really friendly and helpful. They kept me in the loop about what was going and got to work on my vehicle quickly. As far as I can tell the work they did was good. I've used them a few times for various different issues and I would definitely recommend them.
I was taking my son to Children's Hospital for an operation and discovered I was losing tire pressure. I am from the Gibsons on the Sunshine Coast so I am not close to home. I pulled off the highway and I luckily pulled into the NAPA AUTOPRO parking lot and found a screw in the side of my tire. I went in to speak to the gentleman at the front desk and he was very helpful. He and the technician dropped everything to swap out my tire for my spare. They were quick about it and charged a very fair a reasonable price for the work. I would definitely recommend these guys as they really helped me out. Thanks again guys.
NAPA AUTOPRO - Westlynn Service is very professional and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. Safety is a top priority and you can tell they care about the customer. The post service report is extremely useful and provides that extra level of care and detail. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here!
My car’s passenger side axial snapped in half. They diagnosed it on the same day and repaired it the next day. Overall good price and service.
