Nice community Library with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. We deeply appreciate the online system for checking out the catalog, reserving resources and checking the status of your account. In this season of COVID the staff has made the system work smoothly with the resources and reservations easily accessible. Our family is grateful to our community public library.

Great Library for kids and students with a big DVD collection. Downstairs is a big kids area and they do reading times, upstairs has a nice area for quiet study. Tip - check the shelf next to the checkout desk for the latest dvd releases available for 48 hr loan.

I would like to compliment the young male staff member at the Capilano branch who went above and beyond to help me when we could not find the DVD that was supposed to be on hold for me. He mentioned that he was new to the job. Shortly after, my husband phoned to tell me that he had picked it up. I went back to the library to let him know, but he had left for the day. He is a breath of fresh air. Great hire.
