Dr. Mehdi and all the wonderful staff have been so amazing to us. They have taken such great care of Ru, especially through all the puppy shenanigans she got into. Everyone is friendly, compassionate, incredibly helpful, and loved by my dog. We are very lucky to be clients!
Dr Mehdi and his staff take utmost care of their pets. Lots of vets don't always have the time to give such attentive care with their patients. If you are looking for somewhere with reasonable prices and a more personal approach to service then don't waste time looking further.
I like to thanks Dr Mehdi and he’s friendly professionals Staff for doing great work for my little puppy ( lily ) I believe with out there support lily couldn’t be with us now.. After one week of hospitalization she’s almost passed the disease of parvovirus and she’s going back to normal life again.. I’m glad to taking lily to North Vancouver pet hospital and I recommend everyone to visit them if they need help for their pets ...
I can't say enough about Dr. Mendi and his staff. They are so reliable, friendly and great to deal with. Having a new puppy who is now 2 it has given me real peace of mind to have such a responsive team. I feel I can give them a call and they really care!!! Thanks so much Debbie and Dolly the dog :)
We had NVPH take care of our two poodle puppies and the staff and doctor of the hospital did a great job. Not only was their work loving and through, they also followed up each visit with some phone calls to our home to make sure the puppies are good after their treatment. They always offered help for anything related to the puppies... should we need it. A great experience overall
I would give them more stars if I could!!!I called in on a busy Friday about my very sick dog, they took me in no questions asked and they looked after my every need or should I say my dogs very need Oh and did I mention that I wasn’t a client there ? Guess what I am now, my own vet who I have been going to for over twenty years blew me off. Couldn’t give a damn well this vet did and was amazing. The young ladies there are articulate and friendly. Thank you!!!!!
Dr. Mehdi helped us with an emergency over the holidays while most of the other clinics were closed. He was extremely caring and went above and beyond to make sure our cat Beau was on the mend and doing better, even going as far as to be available to share results on his day off. I appreciate how he ran the essential tests needed but still tried to keep our costs down. We are so thankful and are very impressed with the treatment Beau received. Would highly recommend this pet hospital!
