Chad, Cody, Jason and everyone else did a great job with our relatively small reno in our new townhouse on a tight schedule. Despite us having to get them to start a day later than planned, they got everything wrapped up and ready for us to move in a day earlier than originally forecast. They made sure things were done properly, explaining any changes they recommended and why they would recommend them as they job went along, but they also stayed conscious of our budget and time constraints and didn't go looking for work that didn't need to be done or could wait until later. We will definitely be using them again in the future and would highly recommend them.

The crew were very good at explaining what they were doing to an English major like me, and took the time to make sure any necessary changes were outlined clearly. Very pleased with the replacement of our back deck, including replacing the surface, steps and rails. \On time and on budget\ just like a recent TV ad. The crew of 2-3 carpenters were experienced, efficient, and did a great job. All areas were cleaned up daily, and the final product was better that we hoped for. We would not hesitate to recommend Chad and his team to others.
