Super friendly when you're there and over the phone/email. Unfortunately, its near impossible to get any response from them. Every email takes at least 2 weeks for a 1 liner/question response. The quality of their material is really good but then you still have to consider their responsiveness and professionalism. Based on all the great reviews of people who have actually got anything done with them it seems like their work is great if you can manage to get them to do anything for you. It would be interesting if they're quicker to respond to this than the emails lol.

Mike and Parham were extremely professional and punctual. Took care of the service of my cabinets quickly. It’s always great when companies stand behind their workmanship.
OK so my wife contacted this company as we have just purchased a condo and need 3 x closets, a coat closet, linen closet and a walk in master all to be fitted out. We live 3km away from their shop and I was attracted by all the good reviews. After numerous emails they wouldn't come out to measure up, design or price the job. They blame Covid! What can you say? Are you open or not? Don't waste peoples time!!!
I just finished my house reno and I couldn’t be happier with the work produced by Quality Cabinets! Parham, Mike and their team did an excellent job from design, to creation to installation. They were easy to work with and accommodated some late requests without a delay in delivery. I highly recommend them and would use them again for any future projects.
Quality Cabinets is my favourite business. I have done numerous project with them; from kitchens to baths to movie rooms etc... They are 100% professional and have been one of the few trades that deliver, install and finish on time! Their finished product is always the quality I expect and have chosen. After install they always answer my calls if I see something I need adjusted, or added, and address my requests quickly. I cannot say enough about Mike and Parham. You are in great hands with them. The service and quality of the cabinets that I received was great. Mike came to my house and finalized my design for the entire kitchen and made some suggestions how to improve it. They had a great attention to details and went above and beyond and finished the job on time. I would highly recommend this company to all of my family and friends. - Sasha
