Outstanding experience! The owner is a lovely man who took great care In us enjoying our first experience. We booked the private room for our anniversary and couldn’t have been more thrilled. The room was warm and cozy, the salt heated from underneath. A great place to relax together and amazing for meditation. When we left, the owner provided us with some bath salts to commemorate our anniversary. Such a sweetheart! We will most certainly be back

My friend and I went through a Groupon (taxes we had to pay when we got there were just under 4).With Groupon we need call ahead of time and make an appointment. It's a scent free building, we take our shoes off in a little room, he has a drawer for purses as we aren't allowed to bring those in. Mother's Day special is 35 plus a detox bath salt gift he was telling us before we left. It's such a quiet and beautiful environment.
Nice relaxing place. 45 minutes of calm - something what we need to do more often.
Looks like this man has finally learned not to lie about his past bad behaviors. Good Job! Treat your customers well, they're all you have. ---------------------------------------------- He doesn't seem to learn his lesson based on the last few reviews. Maybe Covid has caused this person to become seriously disgruntled but he should reconsider his actions and apologize for being rude and demeaning to his customers.
Even though what I wrote is true, it was a mess in there, I also noted that there has been change in demeanor from the principle owner and to his benefit I change my review from 2 to 5. Keep up the better change of heart towards your customers, or this review can change right back. old review; Went in there and first thing I noticed was a big mess past the customer service desk. No big deal, it was unpleasant but I wasn't there for that. The second thing was the general demeanor of the person meeting us. Not friendly at all, not what I was expecting from someone who runs a wellness spa. Our salt experience stopped about 10 minutes earlier and when we alerted the person at the desk, they said \time is up\ and it \doesn't make mistakes\. We're not going back. If, maybe if, you STOP defending your poor actions, your poor reviews will stop. Will you learn your lesson, or are you going to be stubborn and keep making excuses etc? Think about it for one second. I'll check back soon.
