Everything is great in this store. Very friendly staff. The only thing missing is the self-checkout section in this store! Please add self-checkout to the store !

I was at your store before Christmas. Had an issue with my purchase and Alex from your store went above and beyond to address my problem. He was busy stocking shelves but came over when he saw that I needed help. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and knew exactly what needed to be done. Great job Alex!

I have two prescription refills available at this location. I refilled successfully online and it shows I still have another refill left. I called to tell them I'd like to pick it up within an hour. I have an email showing me that the refill order was successful and will be ready for pickup... yet the pharmacist on the phone told me that I cannot access these two refills anymore. He said that because I have since filled other medications at his location that the prior refills are now not available to me. I can see them in my account online and it says they ARE available... that's how I was able successfully complete an order online. He said I have to go back to my doctor and he will not fill the prescription. This is super sketchy and makes no sense. Why would my refill not be available just because I have since refilled other medications there? People fill multiple medications all the time. Clearly something unethical is happening. Shoppers needs to give me back my refills. They can't withold my legitimate prescriptions from me. They are not expired.

Nice store to shop and some clerks were nice. You get a few cashiers that lack dedication and seems rather cold to deal with.

had a prescription faxed at 2pm. Wasnt able to pick it up till 7pm. Was told that he hadnt gotten to it as it was \super busy\, and had to wait another 15mins. Also the last few times ive gone here ive dealt with rude, complacent, and sometimes agressive pharmacy staff. Look i understand times are stessful and tough, but the manner in which these pharmacists treat customers is pretty abisml. I know because im currently working retail customer service as well. Some people are frankly scared in these times and are often picking up medication for ailments that make them extremely valnurable in a covid world. Its dissapointing to see such a level of visual impatience
