We had the dark-meat quarter chicken dinner. The chicken tasted great, but the portion was surprisingly small compared to the size of the rotisserie chickens you get from supermarkets. However, our server was friendly and attentive. Since we weren't full, we had room for dessert. The chocolate fudge cake was awesome!

Food arrived hot which makes me wonder why it took 40 minutes to arrive. Food was fine. Speed of service was why the rating is so low. Are you listening management?
I have been to many restaurants and I have never tasted chicken so tender. The perfectly done pasta was very flavorful, making the entire meal delectable! The price is right and the service was outstanding. I would recommend this place to anyone.
HORRIBLE. No wonder it's 1/2 empty at 630pm on a Saturday. The other bad reviews tell the story. Really sad to see such a poorly managed restaurant. I've been there 2x in the past 2.5yrs and both times have been such bad service. I recall the first time a manager named Todd spoke to us and he was clueless as to how to run a restaurant: seems like nothing has changed. Appetizers aren't done until after entrees come. Side order of shrimp was missed by the kitchen. The server confirmed that he had our order right and continually blamed the kitchen for the mistakes. This place is an embarrassment to Swiss Chalet.
Rotisserie chicken plus beef and ribs. Usually no wait to be seated but can seem slow to get food (or just because hungry). Food hot and fresh with good portion. Friendly staff
We got take out from here but unfortunately the food was not very good, definitely not up to normal Swiss Chalet standards. Not only that but the staff were not particularly friendly or helpful and they didn't give us napkins, condiments, or utensils and were trying to rush us out of the store... Hours before closing. Will not be going back sad to say.
Worst service I have ever received. The food was also terrible. I hope all the locations aren't as bad as this one!
Our favorite waitress always gives great service. We have had good service when she is not there. We go almost weekly.
