We will not go back to this place again. My daughter wanted a balayage, I called them first and explained everything including length hair colour and what we want. Makenzie welcomed us as my daughters hair colour is dark brown we sat there for 4 hours the result was not god enough as we expected, but as they were closing So she did another appointment to do the unfinished part(we can either do one more time or one dyetone), I paid 260 at the end, the second time when we went there, we wanted a dye and tone, she said she didn’t have enough time so she had to move us to another day again, plus shift us over to another lady (Chelsea If I’m correct) without any explanation. The third time Chelsea did what we requested, but honestly her cut was not good, she didn’t even notice the uneven part on my daughters hair and didn’t fix it. When we left she asked me to pay another 250, I was so surprised as I thought this was the unfinished job from the first time Makenzie did. But I did pay. So I totally paid over 500 buck for my daughters balayage, with a result not very satisfied.
