Rarely do you get a chance to have multiple Appraisals done on the same property, but Westech screwed it up so badly that we had to get two additional Appraisals done to get an accurate assessment. Coming out of the process one thing is clear, that westech was the gross outlier. Using photos that were not even of our property, they arrived at a number significantly different to that of the other reports, and a number that does not remotely reflect the market value. I would recommend you go elsewhere if you want an accurate appraisal.

The service is spotty, very small time ma/pa operation, they lack experience, I had to waste money than get it done else where, do not waste your time with them.
