Western Pacific HVAC provided us with a great experience and a new ductless split unit. Their attention to our questions and needs was outstanding. The new system is amazing and has created an amazingly comfortable place for my family to live in. Their team was extremely accommodating to my family’s needs as we were still living in the house. Quick, efficient, tidy, polite, on time and under budget! Western Pacific HVAC was a breeze to work with. The master bedroom in our Burnaby home was freezing cold. Trevor came in and assessed and quoted on fixing the ductwork. The work was done quickly and quietly with a minimum of disruption and the heat is now blowing as it should. Would hire again without hesitation.

We called Trevor for a consult for our dinosaur of a furnace. It was solid but we knew the time was coming. Trevor was super easy to work with. He explained our options very clearly (without judgement of my lack of knowledge on the subject). We decided to switch over to a heat pump. We’re excited for a cooler house in the summer. The install was so quick and so clean. Very professional and had covid protocols in place. Trevor also took the time to show me how to use our new Bluetooth thermostat. I reached out to Western Pacific to request some help with the operation of an installed control panel in our Condominium, we just moved into. After calling their office, they forwarded my information for a call back. I received the call back within a few hours from Trevor, who was extremely helpful in walking me through the operation of the panel, as well as explaining the settings and other operations I was not familiar with.
