This is the worst Winners in the lower mainland. Went in to have something exchanged or anything because the product was defective and the first manager was helpful, but a couple days later the next manager wasnt helpful at all. Just remember winners is defective cheap products. If something doesn't fit or work, throw it out, cause they won't help you. Also just atrocious customer service.

I visited this Winners as I was made aware of a product recall which I needed to return to the store as per the customer service phone line. When I visited, the return was quick and easy but I checked and saw the store was still selling the recalled product on their shelves which was recalled for suffocation hazzard in infants . When I addressed it with the manager it wasn't really received as urgent to pull from the shelves. I was surprised and upset by this lack of care and attention.
