I love the entire staff. They are extremely kind and empathic. Dr. Lippman has excellent bedside manners and I refuse to go to a different optometrist. There is a staff member named Donna who is incredible. She is very familiar with frames that look best on Asian faces. If you are Asian I highly recommend asking for Donna when you are picking eyeglasses! Overall, all of the staff members are highly professional and kind. I love them all! I have been going to Sterling Optical for many years.

If I were to write word for word I'd have a book im here to show recognition where and when it's disserving and long over due but Sterling Optical is the best optical establishment I've ever used besides the doctor being great I wanna point out one very special amazing employee the I believe she's a office manager here name is Adriana she is the most perfessional sweet kind very helpful always seems to be smiling and happy I hope the upper management acknowledges her for what she's worth that woman is long overdue for a raise

I have had the pleasure of working with Gary and his team for the last 3 years. Gary has showed me kindness, professionalism and great conversations each time i call. I can only imagine what going in to see this dynamic team is like, if being on the phone has made such an imprint on my heart. I highly recommend you go see the wonderful team at Sterling Optical, you will not regret it!
My wife and our children have gone to this center for over five years and have always had a pleasant experience until today. Never will myself or my family return here again. Dr. Donna M Fitt is the most arrogant and condescending person we've ever encountered. My son, who is twelve years old, was due for an eye appointment and we were hoping to get more information about contacts for him because he will be playing sports this year. She belittled my son, she embarrassed my wife in front of the whole store and continued blantly harass them until my wife stood up for herself and went to walk out. Then Dr. Fitt apologized for her behavior with the excuse of, "there's a lot going on." It was a lame attempt of an apology that does not make up for the behavior and treatment given to my family. If it were anyone else, they would have been fired on the spot. Maybe it's time retire if your job is too overwhelming where you have to mistreat your patients.
Friendly staff and doctor. Helpful. Doctor was patient with my wife who was nervous and has an issue with her one eye.
