Absolutely super service. My nephew came to stay with me in Norfolk and ended up losing his glasses on the first day of his visit. He had a contact lens prescription with him and the staff at the North Walsham branch tried really hard to match the prescription. They managed with the help of the optician to get a set of lens which would last him 5 days that was a near perfect match . They were given to me as a free sample and charged no money. The predicament we were in we thought we may have been exploited but the staff were fantastic and we were very shocked and pleased.My nephew was able to enjoy the rest of his stay and i wanted to write this review to express our gratitude for your dedication.

I had a eye test at the sheringham branch and was more than happy with the service but as north walsham is closer to home disidered to have the prescription made up via northwalsham specsavers ..when I recieved the new glasses it was clear there was a major difference from before I tryed them for three weeks and still felt unhappy so called northwalsham branch who booked me in to talk through the problem once there I had assessment and that followed by another eye test which was carried out foc. The results showed that the first prescription was incorrect ..This was sorted within a week .I cant speak to highly of Richard and his team who grasped the nettle and with the mininum of fuss and inconvenience sorted my issue .... . From now on theres only one place to go !!

On arrival at my appointment time, was greeted with a friendly smile. All covid questions asked, then preliminary tests done. Everything clean with social distancing in place. Good thorough eye exam completed. Young lady who helped me pick my new glasses was very pleasant and helpful. Overall, a pkeasant experience especially in the current climate. Well don
