Bought 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4 ACX plywood online. These are sanded both sided for furniture/ cabinets making. Got delivered in 2 days. Very good customers service but all the plywood that got delivered was the worst quality I could ever imagine. They all were extremely warp and that makes it impossible to build something square. Your drawers and door will never fit square. The veneers are super paper thin and peeling off at many spot. They also had lots of dents and dips. These plywood were not cheap and I can’t believe Rona would delivery something like this to their customers. I would not recommend these plywood at all.

Went there to buy a lightbulb 30mins before closing, without an existing online order. I was unable to go into the store due to Covid restrictions but Lily went above and beyond in assisting me and save me from lighting emergency! Thank you!!
I bought selfdrail drywall screws online and when i went there for pick up, they dawdled me pretty on the curbside, then the guy said we don't carry that kind of screws!!!. So if you don't carry it why you selling it on your online store. It shows you are very unorganize and you don't care about people's time. Unsatisfactory.
Quick sale of silicon. I was really happy to receive it in 5 minutes after my atrial in the parking lot. Great service given the Covid-19 circumstances!
This small location has a very small inventory compared to others, except faucets and tiles, rona is known for that. Great for last minute hardware purchases if you live in the area. The customer service is slow and composed of younger individuals with little care in the world. The service desk for exchanges or refunds is terrible!..It took 12 minutes for someone to come back from lunch to help me refund a quick item even though there were 3 employees right beside me. When they did they gave me a store card with a refund, before i could receive the actual refund... such poor processes are implemented at this location, it's not like this at the larger Ronas. If you know what you want, this store is fine, if you don't, drive few minutes further to home depot.
